Solar Panels: break even update

I have been sent a proposition by the company set up to buy my electricity, so instead of 156 € I had imagined they will pay 620€

Does this include the 1 off payment of 480€, not sure, tune in next year.

So before tax my outlay was 25900 €

My first years income was 634+620=1 254

So I should break even (not counting interest) in 25420/1254=20 years

I will update this at the start of 2027 when the tax situation is clear, but so far this is not looking super good.

So before you install Solar panels, unless you are investing for the ‘community’ I have a word of advice. Think twice!
