France has its share of nutters too, remember when the French electricity provider wanted to install connected meters, ‘Linkys’?

Electromagnetic waves, personal data collection (1 millionth of what we ‘give’ google) etc.

But I can also know my electricity usage in real time

Where does my solar power harvest go? Well, thanks to Linky I know

Of my 6.86 MW declared yesterday, exactly 3.9MW was put back into the grid and so 2.96 was auto consumed.

So, the bottom line: what was that worth to me?

I can be pretty sure that my auto consumption was while the sun was on.

2960 kWatts at 0.2142 € = 634€

But what was the resale value of my electricity?

Did I do well? Or was the electric company the winner?
